We are an asset-based lender. While we do review credit, our primary focus is the property’s value and the project’s viability. We do not have the same rigid credit score cutoffs as traditional big-box banks.
No. To qualify for our investment programs, all loans must be closed in a business entity, such as an LLC, Corporation, or Trust. This is a requirement for private business-purpose lending.
